No, I measured that. IIRC that was the surface temperature on the
backside of the circuit board in the area where the graphics chip
sits, i.e., the chip itself was warmer still.

I can't find it in
anywhere in gui that ati ships to configure the driver.

I think such a thing exists, but I don't know where; at least I read
about reported graphics cards temperature for a Radeon X850XT
somewhere on the web.
