When you placed the order, how did you pay for it? At least in the US if
you make payment by credit card and the goods are not delivered then you
simple refuse payment - it is up to the merchant to prove his claim.
More or less the same in the UK too. Paying by credit card gets more legal
protection than using other forms of payment.
