Re: Usb key disapearing

Ok thanks guys, so far my troubleshooting was more on the physical
level:
-On a usb hub, several keys are mounted and works fine
-I had an issue with one of my keys, decided to reboot to fix the
issue, it did.
-Some more testing revealed issue with one key (the same)
-I shutdown the pc, removed all keys, boot.
-I inserted each key one by one to a diff port and all were found and
mounted fine.
-One key gave trouble later, guess which...

I know something's weird with that key, i've just had problems since i
started using it. I wanted to see if it could be the kernel or module
that could cause that, but you guys showed it would not.

But, is it possible to reprobe for usb devices? without break those
already in use?

Thanks,
Simon
