PRO/Wireless 3945ABG

Hello

I tried using:
http://sourceforge.net/project/downloading.php?groupname=ipw3945&filename=ipw3945-1.2.2.tgz&use_mirror=kent

kernel and modules compiled successfully, but when i launched daemon:
pluton ipw3945-1.2.2 # ./load debug=1

lsmod shows modules loaded succesfully. Firmware in /lib/firmware,
ipw3945 seems to be unable to load firmware.
But why ?
