Except for some really old, long-out-of-production models, pretty much every
HP all-in-one ever made works with Linux. All features (print, scan, card
reader) on my Photosmart 3210 work under Linux, even when it's connected to
the LAN instead of a USB port. It kicks *ss. I wouldn't hesitate to
recommend them to anybody.

Fine. I'm not really into all-in-ones, myself. IMHO the great redeeming
aspect of the new Kodak units is: consummables cost 1/2 the competition.
