Opinion about Epson V10 scanner

Hi

I was looking for a Linux compatibile scanner and found Epson V10
model. I'm going to use it to scan for OCR mostly.

I have found drivers, so everything seems ok.

Is there a better choice for scanner in this price level? Does it work
without problems with Linux?

Just want to get opinion to not end up with any problems.
