Can I do this across a network? The computer with the DVD drive is
remote, and has no graphical display. I currently mount the drive,

Something must run libdvdcss on the same machine as the DVD drive.
There's probably some media server that will allow remote access to a
DVD. MythTV has a DVD plugin that might be able to do it.
