Something must run libdvdcss on the same machine as the DVD drive.
Is there a tool that could spool the libdvdcss output to the hard disk, so
that I could then access this via the network?
This does not necessarily have to be real time. It could create a .iso or a
..mpg or .avi file, which I could then play remotely.
There's probably some media server that will allow remote access to a
DVD. MythTV has a DVD plugin that might be able to do it.
The machine with the DVD drive is a low-mid range machine (400MHz Pentium
with 128Mb RAM).
The machine doing the playback has nearly 3 times the processing speed and
has 512Mb RAM.
