No way. On a "cold" start, the CPU temperature is over 50, even when
the motherboard is at 22.
This is entirely possible if your CPU cooling system (heatsink, fan,
thermal compound) is defective.
By "cold start" I meant that the system is starting after being off for
hours. How could a CPU be at 50°C if the power is off?
