Problem is Sun's JAVA, there is no 64 bit applet plugin for Firefox/Mozilla/Seamonkey, "because there is no demand". You also have to run similar tweaks to get other media formats running on 64bit. There is a wrapper for running 32 bit plugin-ins for a 64bit firefox, but nothing of that is nice.
