i need a way to get my dvb-t card (saa7134 chipset) running with ubuntu, i
got is "online" as analog card, no sound/no video jet ..

What, exactly, is a video jet? :-)

but device is found .. best i got out after 10 hours trying and gooleling

is there any EASY how to how to get it running at all ?
