They are now running RHEL 5 (with the same characteristics I might add)
and the same fix is working. WOL still requires "ethtool -s eth0 wol g"
in rc.local to restart via WOL.

Also, we had to shut it down with "halt -p" ( /usr/bin/halt->consolehelper
I think). I vaguely recall that poweroff would not work with the
subsequent WOL wakeup attempt for some reason.
