I appreciate all that, I really do, but I was just curious how you could actually say Ubuntu was Windows-like? Especially if you're using Gnome on both Fedora and Ubuntu? Cosmetically, they'd look identical to a newbie. And if you thought Ubuntu was Windows-like, then surely, Fedora would be Windows-like.
I've heard say Ubuntu, and thus Gnome, was very Mac-like, but never once, Windows-like.
