Because it's not his tool, but the tool developed by the people who pay him
to post this junk. ;-)
Please, do *not* make the mistake of assuming that spammers are actually
sapient beings. :p They are just drones who have no life, no sense of
ethics, a Wintendo addiction and empty pockets due to their frequenting of
adult content websites.
Or as the legendary James T. Kirk would put it, "Beam me up, Scotty. No
intelligent life down here." :p
