Installing Linux on UEFI machine

I'm trying to install Linux on a new HP box that has UEFI instead of BIOS.
First I tried Scientific Linux 6.2 (which is the distro I really need to
run on the box) but it doesn't have any support for UEFI in it's
partitioner. I then tried Fedora 16 and then Fedora 17 Beta. The closest
that I've come is getting to the GRUB command line, on most of the
installs the box doesn't see any bootable devices. Is there any distro
that works with UEFI?

CentOS 6.2 Final works with UEFI but you need to make sure that you go into the bios setup and select as the boot device the UEFI version of the install or you will be booting legacy mode. ...
