It is relevelant. The only reason I know how to "fish" is because I
wanted to do things and people wouldn't hand them to me. I had to
learn in groups just like this one with posters just like Peter and
Lew. If they want to find the solution to something they have to
learn how to search. If someone replies to one of your questions and
you don't know what a word or phrase is but you have the idea that it
contains the answer you are looking for I know I would make every
effort to search for the meaning of any word or phrase I don't know.
That is how you learn. And in an industry like this learning to learn
is even more important. That is why we tend to answer even the most
simple questions so that they are a lesson.
