procmail question: Can't find procmailrc

Hi all, procmail in my system complaint about can't find the rc file:

[carfield@desktop carfield]$ procmail
safdsf
procmail: Suspicious rcfile "/home/carfield/.procmailrc"
procmail: Couldn't read "/home/carfield/.procmailrc"

Then I add the SAME config file as it complainted:

[carfield@desktop carfield]$ procmail /home/carfield/.procmailrc
sdfsaf
[carfield@desktop carfield]$

Seen it run ok, Do anyone know why?
