        Hi,

I changed to XFree 4.2.0 and my X terminal does not start the d
isplay manager any more.

So, I have a pentium 133 MHz that I use to boot remotely amd start i
t as X terminal, but since I changed the X on the server to 4.2.0 the X
server starts, the screen with the 'X' cursor comes on the terminal, but
that's all. In the log I get messages like

AUDIT: X client 1 rejected from IP 10.0.0.4 port 4590
AUDIT: X client 1 rejected from IP 10.0.0.4 port 4597
AUDIT: X client 1 rejected from IP 10.0.0.4 port 4603
and so on... The 10.0.0.4 is my X server and I run there kdm - it works just
fine. May be some permission I forgot to grant?

I have XFree 4.2.0 on Slackware 8.1 with kernel 2.4.20.

Someone knows what's wrong? I used this X terminal for long time
before with XFree 4.0.something.

        Thanks, George.
