By now you should know that Peter T. Breuer is a professor at some
university (Carlos III, IIRC) in Spain. He is not a happy camper, I
suspect he was child-abused and carries a lot of resentment with him. He
is the best example of the Ugly American. Browbeating and insulting
people is his style of "teaching", and that is why most people who know
him, ignore him. He threatened at one time to leave this ngs and go and
solve the kernel problems, but then, who could he browbeat there? That's
why he relishes being a big fish in a small pond.
