I know it isn't. But that's irrelevant. My original message provided
two pieces of information: that on my system, there is a rename
command, and that it was provided by the util-linux package. Anyone
who cared could then search for "util-linux" and find out that it was
a standard package that just about everyone will have installed. The
fact that you're incapable of the same feat on your system isn't my
problem, as I made no assertions about anything but my own system.
