Unfortunately, YOU are looking up your hostname from your IP address!
(I imagine).
Don't. Give yourself a fixed (FQDN) hostname, and a fixed IP address
for it, as I showed you, by adding an entry to /etc/hosts and editing
yoru sysconfig files (for the hostname).

Tough - it appears to have changed. If it isn't, then it's something
else in the infinite number of wrongnesses that I would guess your
networking configuration consists of. I'm sorry, I don't guess that
well without data, and I think I've done pretty well to guess THIS
well given the vague impressionism that generally dominates your posts
instead of DATA.
Try and produce data, ok?

Because you don't have one. This is a new datum!
Your networking is broke. Stop fixating on your boot sequence and fix
your networking.

All of the above.

That's a secondary issue. Rather like complaining that your doorbell
doesn't work when there is an elephant blocking the front door.

It won't appear for several hours. This is usenet. You see only what
you see.
In summary - fix your networking. If you want help with it, at least
start by describing it.
