IIRC, it has been reported that the virus directly talks to the
destination MTA with its own SMTP code so I guess the virus
wouldn't send bounce messages if its attempts to send virii fail.
OTOH, if messages are forwarded via SMTP as in my case and that
fails, then the intermediate MTA might send a bounce message to
some innocent, but IMO that's an unlikely situation.
