VPN setup

I would like to implement some sort of VPN setup. Here is what I have. A
redhat 7.3 box on a fixed routable IP. I also have many redhat boxes on
dynamic IP's connected via DSL and differing gateway devices (Linksys etc).
My client has asked about the possibility of having the Redhat 7.3 box act
as a VPN server and having dynamic clients in the field connecting as VPN
clients. They would like to utilize the redhat box itself and not have to
resort to some sort of router at the head end. Can anyone point me in the
general direction of a jumping off point for this?
