No, there isn't.
The amount of effort involved in developing such a conversion would be
extremely high. It would require developers with extreme familiarity
with both filesystems, and require intense testing to have any hope of
it working.
Debugging it if it fails is just going to be hideous, and the only
_real_ answer at that point is to revert to your last backup.
And if you _have_ a backup, then you might as well make sure it's
good, and then simply format the partition using the new filesystem,
and recover the appropriate data.
If you haven't any backup scheme, then you're vulnerable to all sorts
of problems, and that's the REAL problem you need to solve.
