I did:
csplit -b txt -f SPLITTER -n 3 trial %REGEXP%SPLITTER* {110}
but there are problems with this
-b, --suffix-format=FORMAT use sprintf FORMAT instead of
              %d
I don't understand. Same with this:
A line OFFSET is a required `+' or `-' followed by a posi­
       tive integer.
