In my country (Norway) that is withing "Personal use" defined in the law.
Even friends are allowed to copy my music & video's.

But the law clearly states that it must be Close Friends.
Like, 120 co-workers at work aint close friends :-)=

It's even allowed By law to crack copyprotections
in order to exersice these rights.

It's even been a court ruling here stating that breaking digital copyprotections
and/or encrypted content on digital media (like DVD's & CD's) is allowed,
provided one owns the media.

In Norway only software is exempted from the right to make copies.
On everything else, the law permits copying of
copyrighted materials for personal use.

The law further states that one can not revoke
these rights by contract of any kind.
