I'm running Fedora Core 1 with kernel 2.6 on a Sony Vaio. I got
sound to work with alsa (finally!). I can play wav and mp3 files.
I can also read from the cd, but I have no sound when I play a music
cd. Yes, the mixer is un-muted, and the sliders are up. I have no
idea what to look into. If anybody can point me in the right
direction, I'd appreciate it.
