Here's what I see in /var/log/syslog when I try to mount my CD-RW

_Sometimes_ trying to automount either drive as root works when
it won't for me as a normal user. _Sometimes_ that doesn't work
either. I discovered that ejecting and reinserting the CD
overcame this problem. This worked at least once. Does anyone
else have a similar experience? If it matters, both CD drives
are true SCSI units.
