Good binary news poster for Linux

Hi,

Please suggest a good binary news poster for Linux.

I've been looking for such thing for a while, and seem there is no
good answer to it. Searching the google, seems someone is also
looking for it in aus.computers.linux on 2003-08-12:

There was no *good* answer to the question.

Here is my experiences:

I used to use ypost, which comes from yencode-0.46-1.rpm. But I
noticed that its' posting shown up corrupted in my pan.

I know that the uuenview can also encode/post yenc posting, but it
functionality (to set the subject at least) is rather limited.

So, is there any binary news poster for Linux that is small, fast
and powerful, and works on the command line?
