fail to compile pgpsendmail

Dear all,

I m using redhat 9.0, the compilation failed with pgpsendmail 1.4.5 with the
following err msg:

root@redhat [2:03pm] [...local/pgpsendmail]# make

There is no such problem under bsd. :(
