Hi everyone!
Recently wanted to create a technical chart, searched for some prog
which comes with the needed stencils. The result should look
good without much work on my side.;)
'kivio' looked surprising and it was even installed, however it
comes only with some basic flowchart stencils and the there seem
to be only commercial stencils available? Might be great for
people in need daily, but for once a year?
Next try 'Xfig' could get a recent rpm package from rpmseek.com,
it needed the transfig package, quick install. So Xfig was up and
running in a minute. The GUI looks not that polished, but usage
is pretty easy, once you have figured it out (trial & error),
worked great. Lots of export features and others.
What do others use?
