Umm--isn't the correct syntax "... -e 'install Tk' "?
Anyhow, using the CPAN module was my initial approach, although I chose
the more pedestrian path of "perl -MCPAN -e shell", and then "install Tk".
but it failed on RH 9; too many "make test" failures. IIRC, it downloaded
a Tk-804.025_beta14. I think the common version is Tk-800.024. Not being
an expert on tracing such problems, I went after an rpm.
