Manual SPAM trapping?

I run SpamAssassin at home and trap most spam. But, some still
gets through. I've told my family to forward spam to a "spam"
aliases on my system which is in my /etc/aliases as:

    spam: "| /usr/bin/sa-learn --spam --rebuild"

But, executable stuff in /etc/aliases is a security risk, and I'd
like to find another way for my family to email their spam to an
account or alias on my system and have it 'sa-learn'ed by SpamAssassin.

Each person in my family uses a different email client, so client
specific stuff is not an option. I need to do this in the
transport realm.

What alternatives do I have?

Thanks....
