free syslog for windows?

Hi,
I want to send windows system log data to a remote BSD log server, but I
have hard time to find a free syslog for windows.
MonitorWare and WinSyslog is not free.
NTSyslog is free, but lack of documentation for me to follow with
Windows XP. Is there anyone know how to configure ntsyslog for windows
xp and how to test it? At the moment, my BSD log server is receiving
syslog data from other non-windows device perfectly.
