what am I looking for? anonymizer? proxy?

I want to provide a service to allow an outside user to connect via
http to my box, type in a URL, then provide a connection between my
box and the user allowing them to interact with the remote server,
but receive the data as if it were comming from my box.

While this sounds like a anonymizer service, I'm not really worried
about the 'anonymous' part -- except that the true URL must be
disguised each time it returns to the user.

This will be a low use item (one or two people using it occasionally),
and I'd rather not spent a lot of work on it if possible.

What am I looking for, and can anyone suggest a simple solution?

Thanks,

Sean.
