Personally I don't choose companies to work with based on how good their
documents are. I prefer to look at quality of service, price and ability to
provide the service I'm paying for. I'd rather get a prompt, short, honest,
plain text email reply to a query than a nicely formatted Word doc full of
PR bull***. Maybe that's why I have no complaints about my suppliers and
my customers have no complaints about me.
