ide.disk.c : patch for 2.6.6

Hi,

I have a Maxtor HD and a lot of warning message such as

  hdb: Write Cache FAILED Flushing!

R. Herman has posted a patch for kernel 2.6.6 in linux.kernel
(<40A7E788.7080008@keyaccess.nl>)

I have kernel source (linux-2.6.6) from kernel.org.

When I want to apply the patch, I get this :

Is it the right source for the kernel or do I need kernel already
patched with patches provided on kernel.org (linux-2.6.6rc3) ?
