Minimum Specs for A linux computer

I hope this has a simple answer.

I am trying to put together a simple linux box for running a small test
(php/mysql/apache) server in my home.

What would be the bare basics of what I would need for a system? Remember,
just want to run it as a testing server.

Let's start with from this basic system.

64 megs ram
8 gig HD
