glibc-2.1.3 and mtrace conflict

I'm trying to upgrade my old Turbolinux 6.0 workstation from glibc-2.1.2 to
glibc-2.1.3, but rpm says there is a conflict in the mtrace file. I've
tried every glibc-2.1.3 I can find with no joy. Anyone know how to go about
resolving this? Would it be a mistake to force the upgrade?

Thanks,
Richard
