Michael, I normally respect your contributions, but not when they are
garbage such as this. Let's look at the hierarchy:

1 comp a non language-specific hierarchy for computer related
                issues

2 os Nothing there about language - it just specifies that
                this part of the hierarchy relates to Operating Systems

3 linux This Operating System is not limited to English nor even
                American

4 misc The group relates to miscellaneous computer-related
                enquiries specific to the Operating System called Linux

Nothing Language specific either about the hierarchy or about the
specific group within the hierarchy.

It is not even true that the majority of posts in this newsgroup are in
English. A far greater number are in American.
