Here is a totally random idea: There must be an appliance store
somewhere nearby -- it should be possible to buy yourself a room AC
unit.
Through window unit seem to go for about $125 each (5KBTU) (Froogle
search). Might be worth it. At $300/each (also Froogle search), those
Xeon processors are worth spending a few bucks on to keep cool. You
seem to have a window available...
