No, "lying" is the wrong word. You may say that I made a wrong
accusation.

And whether it's the same as the original, is yet another question.

Why do you wish so?

Well, no, that's not *exactly* what you asked. In your ever charming
way of asking, you said "Where do you get your stuff from?". While it's
true that in some respect you asked, you also gravely attacked him.

So, you don't know it at all. Thanks. Either you DO know the syntax,
or you DO NOT. You don't - as you say.
Let's add:
- doesn't know syntax
- wrong, broken man page
- attacks people
In my book, this equals to being a smartarse.

No wonder.

Well, if it is, how come lines are missing?

Yes, please do so.

Yes. In this case your man page is not "unbroken".

Yeah, it's always the fault of the others. Of course not your fault,
that you're incapable of using your newsclient/editor. Can't be.

Seems so.

That's why he got the error message.

Too bad. Why not simply shut up, if you don't understand something?

Yes, I agree with you.

Well, you already know how I call your manual.

Yep.

Exactly. Since I'm referring to the official documentation, which
is *NOT* stored on my harddisk, I think that I do have a much better
standpoint than you do.
My source of documentation is on http://rsync.samba.org/.

Remember "the latest".

1996? You remember that he said somethng about "the latest"? And
then you come around with a 8-year old man page?
You're a total fool. I'm sorry for having replied to you.

It *WAS* (a *VERY* long time ago!).
> Or the packager? And which version?
Well, we already know: "the latest". And that's most certainly
not something from 1996.
> Well, I'd say yours is not official,
Okay, if you call http://rsync.samba.org/ftp/rsync/rsync.html not
official, what's official to you then?
> thanks to your ignorance.
Yes, you are. And total smartarse.
