Well yes it is you'll find fairly up to date rpms at the major
repositories. However they are often very picky of other libraries and can
be a little unstable.
 
It's of the few one apps I don't use in rpm form, the other being amsn

The testing tar is up to 1.8 and the stable 1.72, it isn't hard to
grab the tar.gz and type tar -zvxf then symlink the mozilla
program to /usr/bin/mozilla. You can then safely delete the directory your
previous mozilla installed to. Your home/.mozilla will stay in tact and
your bookmarks are still there pretty simple really.
