Thanks. I'd also come across multicd (mentioned in another thread on
this ng) which seemed to promise most of what I needed (although it
writes disks as ext2 filesystems which have to be mounted as a loopback
device rather than being accessible directly from any other system - I'm
not sure what the advantage of this is, but cdbk seems to do the same).
It should only have been a matter of telling multicd that my disk is c.
4200M instead of c. 650M, but Perl's integer representation only goes up
to 4G :-(
Any Perl gurus(/monks, whatever) suggest how to get round this?
