]The term "Services" as used in this Agreement means, collectively, the
]Support Services provided under the purchased subscription and defined
]herein, RHN Services as defined herein, and any Learning Services
]purchased under this Agreement and defined herein. The term "Software"
]means the subscription for the family of software products purchased
]under this Agreement and defined herein, if any. The term "Installed
]Systems" means the number of Systems on which Customer installs or
]executes the Software. The term "System" means any hardware on which the
]Software is installed, which may be, without limitation, a server, a
]work station, a virtual machine, a blade, a partition or an engine, as
]applicable. The initial number of Installed Systems is the number of
]copies of the Software that Customer purchases. The parties agree that
]the terms of this Agreement will govern future purchases by Customer of
]Red Hat's products and services unless otherwise agreed by the parties
]in writing.

]As we have said before, the agreement covers the subscription of
]support, not unsupported installs. There is no prohibition in the
]licence agreement against installing Redhat on any number of machines,
]They simply won't support it.

Well, you might read it that way, but if you look carefully it does NOT say
subscription for services. It says subscription for software (lower case--
ie taken to be the dictionary meaning) products. And how in the world do
you "install" service on your computers? They limit the number of computers
that the software product can be installed on and take for themselves teh
right to come to your business and audit you. For what? How can they audit
you for "Services"?
