CUPS printer mode question -- easy

Hey ho.

I have an HP 1315 printer that I've recently set up with cups and the
hpijs driver. I configured it to use Normal Grayscale mode, but on
occasion I'd like to print in color.

What is the relevant command-line option to select the color cartridge
via lp/lpr?
