Epson Scanner 1650 driver not loaded

Help, I have been trying to get my scanner working (again). I upgraded
from Fedora Core 1 to Core 2 and the scanner no longer works.

Summary:
Sane-from-scanner finds the scanner but
scanimage -L can't

Please help

I don't know how to get the driver loaded. Here is some information:
