9.3 Secured Preorder Page Isn't?

When I bring up the 9.3 preorder entry (credit card, etc.) both Mozilla
and Konqueror popup warnings about sending this info unsecured. This is
shall we say, more than mildly disconcerting to me. I recall from other
preorders this was always done in secured mode.

(And the little padlock thingy is clearly showing unsecured mode)

What's the trick to get the browser to do preorders secured, as before?
