Note that *I* didn't describe it, MS did. If there is an easier way, why
isn't it in the KB?
I guess that's my real frustration with Windows... So much is
undocumented, poorly documented, or even wrongly documented. There
doesn't seem to be a single repository of knowledge anywhere. The KB is a
bunch of unrelated snippets that tell you, 'Push this button, and that
should happen. Did this help? Yes or No.'
It's like buying a BMW with all of the options, the walnut burl, heated
seats, but the hood bolted down and all the innards hidden....
I am now working with XP, using it as a development platform for custom
software and apps. It's like trying to run a marathon with a foot in
bucket...
