    Hi Buttmunch. You are not by any chance a certain Sally Squats
    masquerading under another name are you? Are you by any chance sponsored
    by someone with a vested interest in the Windows operating system or do
    you just like flame wars?

    We use linux because it works for us. If something goes wrong, we are
    smart enough to fix it. The telling part of your post was that you have
    tech support, are a Windows user and you expect to be in touch with tech
    support.

    Linux users come here to talk about, share and solve their problems. We
    are almost never rude to anyone either...apart from trolls like you.
